Terms of Use

Product: CarryForge Windows beta · Operator: Zerkara Technologies Ltd · Effective: 4 September 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading or using CarryForge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product. You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your country; minors need permission from a parent or guardian where required.

2. Limited licence

CarryForge grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app for lawful, non-commercial gameplay preparation and review. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute modified installers, bypass access controls, use the service to abuse Riot services, or use the product in a way that violates law or third-party terms.

3. League of Legends and Riot Games

CarryForge is not a Riot product and no approval, certification or account-safety guarantee is implied. Riot policies can change, League Client API behaviour is not officially supported for third-party applications, and a feature that works today may be changed or removed to remain within published policy boundaries.

You choose, ban and lock champions in League yourself. CarryForge never automatically accepts a queue, picks, bans, locks, dodges or controls gameplay. Manual client actions require visible user input. A separate Settings option, off by default, may send only one rune page and item set after you have locked your champion; you can disable it at any time.

4. Beta software and availability

The current release is beta software. Features, recommendations, patch data and availability may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Do not rely on CarryForge as the sole source for competitive, financial, legal or safety decisions. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, including integrations that Riot or another provider changes.

5. Data and third-party services

Use of Riot data, local League Client interfaces, Live Client Data and hosting infrastructure is described in the Privacy Policy.

If offered by your installed version, optional local recording captures video of the strictly process-verified League game window only after you grant separate consent and enable it. Every enabled recording also includes audio rendered by the verified League game process tree, which may include in-game voice chat. It never captures your microphone or audio from other desktop applications and never falls back to the default desktop audio endpoint. If verified process-scoped audio is unavailable or fails to start, recording does not start; there is no video-only fallback. You may independently choose to retain each full match, selected automatic clips, or both. Clip-only mode uses a temporary full source and removes it after selected clips become terminal; successfully finalized clips use disk space, survive source removal and are not automatically evicted. Automatic clips are created only from verified local events and never from a guessed steal or actor. You are responsible for using recordings lawfully, respecting other players and any local notice or consent requirement, and deciding whether media containing visible chat, player names or League-rendered audio should be shared. CarryForge does not upload recordings automatically. Deleting local media is irreversible, and uninstalling the app may not remove the media folder. A clip is independent of its source only after the app reports that the physical clip file was successfully finalized.

6. Free access and future paid features

The beta’s core companion features have a free tier. Any future paid feature will be optional and must add transformative value; it will be offered only after the relevant Riot product status and store requirements permit monetisation. Purchasing an optional feature would not grant ownership of Riot data or guarantee game outcomes.

7. Ownership

CarryForge software, original branding and original interface elements belong to the operator or its licensors. Riot Games retains all rights in Riot Games, League of Legends and associated properties. Game data and static assets are used subject to Riot’s applicable terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarryForge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using CarryForge and uninstall it at any time. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, provider requirements or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—continue to apply.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
